Route 01

Projects and tenders

Invitations to tender, requests for quotation, and early engagement on a scope that is still being written. We price bridges, boardwalks, beach access, flood remediation and water and wastewater structures, under Design and Construct or construct only.

What to send

• Site location, and how plant and materials can reach it
• Span or length, deck width, and design loading if it is set
• Delivery model, and whether design sits with us or with the principal
• Program dates and the tender closing date
• Any environmental, heritage or waterway approvals already in place

If the scope is not written yet, send what you have and we can discuss the development.

Route 02

Subcontractors and suppliers

Registration for trades and suppliers who want to be on the list when we price work. We engage civil trades, cranage, piling, marine access, traffic control and surveying.

What to send

• Trade or supply category, and the area you work in
• Capability statement, with recent comparable work
• QBCC licence or trade licences, with numbers
• Public liability and workers compensation, with expiry dates
• Whether you hold your own SWMS and safety management system

We work almost entirely on local government land, so insurance currency and licence numbers are checked before engagement. Sending them up front saves a round trip.

Route 03

Careers

Site, supervision and engineering roles across South East Queensland and interstate project work. We take applications whether or not a role is advertised.

What to send

• The kind of work you are after, and where you are based
• Resume
• Tickets and licences, with expiry dates
• Availability, and whether you can travel for project work
