Walkers on the Rocky Creek Dam park tracks used to cross the creek on a pontoon bridge, reached by concrete steps shaped in place on the bank. The crossing is an aluminium truss footbridge with an FRP mini mesh deck, reached by a new timber stairset. The park sits at the head of the Richmond catchment and supplies water, and the open mesh deck lets leaf litter and light through to the creek below.

Rous County Council was rebuilding the park's entrance road and car park at the same time, so two contractors shared the reserve's single access while the public used the rest of the park. We built the extra working platform for our foundations from fill out of the park upgrade, which saved an import for us and a disposal for the other job. Located services were marked on site and on a plan held by every trade.
